Comprehensive courseware that teaches foundational server and networking skills, on-premise Windows Server 2022 management, and introduces Azure Cloud integration skills required for server administration roles.
The first of two new server courses, Hybrid Server Pro: Core provides 100% coverage of the objectives for the Microsoft AZ-800 exam.
The second course, Hybrid Server Pro: Advanced is scheduled for release in 2023. It will provide 100% coverage for the Microsoft AZ-801 exam. More details coming soon.
Students will learn, practice, apply, and test their skills in real-world scenarios with the latest on-premise Windows Server 2022 and Azure Cloud server technology.
In December 2021, Microsoft released two new certification exams in a series called Administrating Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure and Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced.
TestOut views these two certifications as a logical progression to the Server Pro courses we have offered in the past. On-premise Windows server skills are still in demand by companies, and many use both cloud and on-premise servers.
Creating these courses helps meet employer demands while teaching students more up-to-date skills that prepare them to integrate with the cloud and move to cloud administration. This provides an opportunity to master a wider variety of Microsoft server technologies in the industry.
There is a vast variety of technologies for administrators to learn. AZ-800 includes identity, storage, management, an introduction to Azure Cloud, and all of the topics your students need to know before moving on to more advanced topics in TestOut's Hybrid Server Pro: Advanced courseware, coming in 2023.
Hybrid Server Pro: Core introduces the foundational server and networking skills needed to manage and configure Windows Server 2022. From there, students will learn how to integrate an on-premise environment with Microsoft Azure cloud services, using 105 lab simulations in a contained and controlled environment, that's easy to reset.
In developing this course, we identified several areas that Microsoft no longer covers through their certification program. We've included additional content in this course to help students develop the skills needed to pass the new Microsoft certification exams.
This courses uniquely enables students who don't have multiple years of experience in server administration to successfully prepare for and pass industry certification exams.
The first TestOut Pro certification exam in this series, will briefly assess hands-on skills in the Azure Cloud. A large portion will focus on foundations and Server 2022 skills.
A voucher for this 100% performance-based exam will be included with every license.
